ZRC Zero is the perfect material for LEED projects because unlike other galvanizing repair materials it contains no volatile organic compounds. It meets Emission testing for the California Department of Public Health, and recognized as a Super Compliant Coating by the California South Coast Air Quality Management District.  The corrosion resistance properties are amazing, successfully passing 10 years of outdoor Florida subtropical testing. We will supply documentation if you are interested.

 

Additionally, should the contractors wish to use a single component product, we  manufacture ZRC 221 - the lowest VOC (221g/L) content single component cold galvanizing coating on the market.
